I told my drop-in Alexander Technique class about several videos that portray the Alexander Technique. The first cartoon, produced by AMSAT, colorfully describes the Alexander Technique. The second is a twenty minutes video that features several well know teachers of the Technique. The third “Free Your Neck” YouTube video is silly, and I promise my class it will be a blue moon — when you catch me singing and dancing wearing a skeleton suit.
Oh, by the way, please try my drop-in Alexander Technique class. I am teaching at Carver Recreation Center (Jefferson School) at 233 4th NW, Charlottesville on Wednesdays and Sundays from 10:15 to 11:15. Passes are available as you enter the C’ville Parks and Rec entrance of the Rec Center.
