This is a sampler of various activities and pursuits to support your health and wellbeing. The program emphases movement but also incorporates coaching on weight management, stress reduction, mediation and the Alexander Technique. The Gentle Jumpstart Program will be hosted by ACAC Downtown and is a 12 session 4 week health exploration to get you started (or restarted) at the gym. You do not have to be a member of ACAC nor a gym to benefit from this program. To register fill out the form and I will be in touch.
